INCEpTION is transitioning to the Eclipse Foundation, where it is becoming an incubating project under the name Eclipse INCEpTION™. Becoming an Eclipse project gives INCEpTION a vendor-neutral home with open governance, making it easier for people and organizations beyond the current team to contribute and to rely on the project in the long term.

What happens now?
Step by step, we are moving the code, the website, the release process, and other parts of the project over to the Eclipse Foundation.
Until a part has moved, it stays where it is: downloads, source code, issue tracker, documentation, and the users mailing list remain available as usual. We will announce changes here and on the mailing lists as they happen.
